PERSONAL DATA RIGHTS REQUEST FORM UNDER THE KVKK

1. Request Recipient

2. Application Method

You can submit the form you filled out and signed with one of the following methods:

Written application: You may deliver the form in person or by post to Üniversite Mah. Sarıgül Sk. İstanbul Teknokent No: 37/1, Office: 45, Avcılar / Istanbul, marked ‘Information Request under the Personal Data Protection Law’.
Application with registered email address: Only by using your email address that you have previously notified the Company and are registered in the Company systems info@funcore.com.tr You can send it to his address. the Email Subject field "KVKK Write "Applying Person".

The company may request a measured additional information or document to verify the identity of the applicant and prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. The document showing authority in the application for succession must be submitted.

Do not add a full copy of your identity document to the email unnecessarily. If a document is requested for authentication, forward a copy containing only requested information and with no unnecessary fields closed by the secure method that the Company will notify. Do not share photos, serial numbers and other fields that do not require an evaluation of the application in the identity document.

11. Conclusion of the application
